The staff was rude to me but I learned to deal with it. I don't eat there but I'll occasionally order a MTN dew Baja blast with no ice (it's good). I will only order if I have enough rewards points though. EBT is accepted and I would recommend the cinnabon treats. They are a typical fast food restaurant located near a high school which means it is a playground not a taco bell. Fifty years of eating at Taco Bell and I'm done! The cashier tried to steal 4 bucks, and was rude as hell to me. I didn't say anything to her, but contacted the customer service line but no one at this location would call me back. I finally asked for the district manager to call, and eventually he did, and was nice, but he offered me a free meal at the Johnson Drive location, and the paranoid lady there wouldn't give me a Mexican pizza without hearing from Bernardo. Complete paranoid nonsense, so adios to the Bell.
