Worst Taco Bell ever. The doors are always locked so you can't go inside to eat. The drive thru is the only thing that is open.
Very slow and unfriendly employees. They clearly don’t like their jobs. Why do they even hire people like that?
When you’re waiting for your food for 60+ mins that means you have to close this branch immediately, if there’s 0 stars on here I’ll do it.
Lobby closed: automatic one star for terrible guest service. Excerpt of the excellent staff here: "Why is your lobby closed?" 'The lobby is closed permanently. For our safety.' "What's unsafe?" 'the area.' "Why do you have a lobby then?" 'we are remodeling.' "When will the remodel be done? What will it be then if the lobby is permanently closed?" 'I don't know, are you going to order?' I guess they don't care about their customers or their ADA violations.
Don’t eat here, try out the Mexican place in front instead. Thank me later
