Of all the times I've been to this location, I've never had a good experience. From rushing thru orders, wrong orders, exploded burritos and unmelted cheese on a grilled burrito, today took the cake. In the drive thru to order, no signs anywhere about system being down nor did anyone say systems were down when I ordered, I get to the window and hand the lady my card only for her to say "we only take cash" like what? I tell her I don't have cash and she tells me to come into the lobby, place my own order on the kiosk and pay ... read more
drove in the drive thru, and was sitting figuring out what I wanted and the person taking the order would not stop asking if he could help me, and there was nobody behind me so no rush, terrible customer service even for a fast food place.
