They steal through the drive-thru. This is at least the second time this has happened to me. They don’t give you a receipt and they charge your credit card extra (I’m guessing they use the donation option)!!! Completely unacceptable. I’m sure someone is pocketing that money. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to make a donation. Pay attention to the total on the order screen and then make sure they tell you the total before handing them your money. Super consistent and food is on time even in a busy time, Love this as my taco bell
I love this location! May be the best Taco Bell in the DFW area. I placed a large and intricate order through the app for my family, went to pick it up and was welcomed with 10-star service. I was greeted at the drive thru menu without wait, was advised to pull to the window. The representative at the window greeted me, was very professional and handed me my drinks, and let me know my food would be ready in just a moment. Ronald working drive through was so rude and mad because I requested fresh fries. Mine were old and stale. The audacity! Check your fries before you leave this place
