I don't know how they're still in operation. Every time I'm crazy enough to come here, I have to wait forever for someone to come on the intercom and even when I pull up to the window, no one is there. I've waited over 20 mins before just because it was the only thing supposedly open after 11pm but have experienced long wait times during the day as well.
This place is absolutely filthy, the staff laughs and jokes instead of paying attention to the customers. For south reno this is unacceptable and I can no longer give my business to Taco Bell
service was terrible, i told them i was having a large order and whenever i tried to continue my order they told me “ okay pull around “ when i wasn’t finished. whenever i got my order it was wrong i had the party pack and they forgot 2 tacos and messed up my separate 2 soft shell taco when i asked for no cheese. whenever i went inside to get it changed the lady was rude and told me i was wrong about correcting my order and it was all there when it wasn’t. how hard is it to have simple work ethic when working at a taco bell?... read more
very bad quesadilla. It was old, cold and really chewy
Tried the new location for the first time tonight. Yup. They messed up our order... Just like every other Taco Bell in this city.
