I am disappointed in the fact Taco bell has placed kiosk in almost every location, which has allowed Managers to have 9 employees on shift, with about 5 having nothing to do, and they almost refuse to assist customers with ordering. I was at this location and when I say the lady running the front did not want to assist anyone. Left an ederly man standing lost as to how to work the kiosk for close to 10min. It pissd me off.. There Wasn't a front End person to help with my Order
Ordered online when arrived three other people walked in made orders got their food and left and I was still waiting for order and mine was called in
I swear, its a coin flip whether or not their drive thru is open
There was like no meat on the tacos!!! They stuck to the paper.. gave us a medium when we paid for a large drink.. It was just horrible and they messed up a few things.. do not recommend going there. The boxes we ordered or lux box did not come in a box- It was just a mess... What a waste of money and time. Usually we love Taco Bell, but go to 27th.
