My mom and I visited this location a few days ago, I had to stop to review their customer service. The young lady that took my mother's order name was Destiny. Her patience, customer service skills should be highlighted and noticed. It is so difficult to encounter cashiers, supervisors, customer service representatives that actually care and are knowledgeable about their menu or company. Service is horrible. They ignore customers. They never have food ready on time. Every time I walk in there theres always one employee just chillin on his phone at the tables. Bad Taco bell every time I go there.
Don't go to this specific location if you can avoid it, I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and it was made completely wrong, ive had the cantina food plenty of times before and they added some completely different ingredients, I dont know what they put on it, I don't want to know at this point but i threw away the quesadilla after the first bite.
Got my entire order wrong and then took 20 minutes to remake it. It was 3 doritos locos tacos. You can’t make this up 🫠
