I'm really not a fan of fast food but I often want something hot before the start of my 12 hour shifts and there aren't much options. But after coming here many time I am thoroughly impressed with how well the crew here handles every aspect of my experience. They have made me become a loyal customer.
This location always has their app ordering turned off. When you ask them about it they just say they know it's off and they arent turning it back on. When you have menu items you can only order through the app, and reward items you can only get through the app, this is unacceptable.
I had a really frustrating experience here tonight. I ordered nacho fries through the drive thru and when I got them they were completely cold and hard, not even slightly warm. I went back through the drive thru just a couple of minutes later to politely ask for them to be remade since they clearly were not fresh. Instead of being understanding, the employee was very dismissive and said “well they were warm when I put them in the bag.” That response did not make sense given how cold they were, especially since I had just rec... read more
Food is definitely pre-made during the day and not made to order and if it is made to order because they ran out of pre-made it wont be finished like cold uncut quesadilla with unmelted cheese ive experienced that a few times now! That being said they are quick and will get through a line of people at the drive through without too much of a wait.
