Every night it is the same fictional story about being sold out of meat and being unable to fulfill orders. The same made up story night after night gets old and is no longer credible or believable after a certain point.
Not an issue with the staff (or lack of it), but probably more the management team, maybe? This is the second time this has happened at 2 different locations, order on the app, pull up to the drive through window and then told it will be a 15-20 mi Ute wait due to staffing issues. Just went through the drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food for it to all be wrong. Called multiple times and they refuse to answer and there were only two cars in the drive thru when I went, one being me. So they’re not busy . They also had us sit for 15 minutes in the drive thru for whatever they explained . So annoyed. Yall had 15 minutes to get it right …
Google hours say this location opens at 9 am. We arrived to the drive thru at 10:15 and were told that they “weren’t quite open yet” and “normally open around 10 or 11.” You have posted open hours for a reason.
