Waited in line for 25 minutes only for AI to take 5 minutes to review our order and say no, and then wait another 10 to get a person to say they were closed. Happened 9/19. Reporting to corporate, because they only understand is losing money, never gaining money.
Gravings tonight at Taco Bell Nina was VERY HELPFUL! I will definitely be back here, friendly staff and great food! Ask for NINA she’s the best! 10/10🥰🥺
Just got home with my order only to notice that my quesadilla is covered in mold. Enough that there's no way it wasn't noticed. It was green on the outside, opened it up and it's so over the inside too. Will not be back, this is appalling.
This restaurant fails to disclose when they're out of ingredients. Their AI ordering goes down, and the humans that work there don't appear trained to talk to a human. Update: I stupidly decided to try this taco bell again. I sat in line at the drive through for 20 minutes. The car at the ordering box never moved. I had to leave without ordering. Avoid avoid avoid.
