The service sucks the last few times I've gone.
No choice but to award the worst here. It’s dingy, dirty, slow, and the food is good about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, the order is wrong, there’s not enough filling inside the item, they don’t give you sauce or napkins, and etc. Some employees are extremely nice and efficient, but it doesn’t make up for the really bad food quality. It sucks because it’s the closest Taco Bell to me, but I think today was the last straw.
Rushed me to order bc of their times and then proceeded to get my order wrong and didn’t give me a straw for my drink . Order taker was extremely inpatient and completely rushed us and was rude
Would rate a 0 stars if I could. If you hate your life working at taco bell, why work there and ruin others food? Cheap portions like it’s coming out their own paychecks. Get a grip and learn customer service. Owner/Headquarters or whatever the case may be does NOT care 1 bit. What a shame
