The girl at the window was very polite and the food was fresh. I was caught off guard by the automated order taker but the over all experience was very good!
Had gotten Crunchwrap supremes, completely trashed.. Store manager or employee got a nice attitude.. Corporate made things right not this location, Watch Your Food
Never been inside but been a regular drive thru customer since they opened here. Always friendly and quick. And the best part, is the food is always great. Never drive away and bite into a product that's empty or lacking ingredients. I used to vary where I stopped after I got a less-than order at other Tuscaloosa locations, but never a worry here. Can't say enough good!! Consistently premium taco bell!
