Wish I didn’t have to even put a star it’s the worst costumer service of any fast food place around. Trying to explain something to cashier as she looks off in the distance very dismissively. Then messes up the item I was trying to explain. She had the audacity to get an attitude with me as if I did something wrong. Dont bother coming after 9pm. The service is awful if you even get any service at all.
I went last night and talk to the sweetest young lady about 8pm ish got 9 dollar box specifically asked for no sour cream on my tacos and it was on every taco.I was so mad about blew a gasket.
I have gone to this location a few times since it is the closest to me, but it has been a disappointment every time. This last time I went a few minutes after 11, making sure to check the hours which said they closed at midnight. When I got there at 11:08, there were cars in the parking lot, but no one answered at the speaker. I even double checked the hours on the window which did state closing at midnight. No sign posting that they closed early. Just employees ignoring the customers.
