30 minute wait for a simple order
I placed a mobile order while already in the restaurant because there were a lot of teens around the kiosk when I walked in. We ended up waiting a long time for our food, and when we finally got it, it was cold. (Donuts were still frozen in the middle) I understand delays if a place is genuinely busy, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff seemed more focused on messing around in the back than getting orders out. 4th car back. 1 car serviced in almost 10 minutes, too long, I left.
Food was fantastic and fresh, employees friendly, and dining area clea. Keep up thw great work!
