they have a barely functional ai ordering system to help their clearly intoxicated employees. came on 5/11/26 with no other customers on premise and still got served COLD nacho fries tacos with half of the contents falling out of them

Considering a good majority of people who give their business here are probably from employees/patients/guests from the hospital right next door, you’d assume “friendliness” would be a major criteria in employment here. But the past two times at least, I’ve experienced rudeness and major attitudes.
