I went to go sit down and eat lunch at this location but turned around immediately as I walked in due to a rancid almost sewage smell. I wouldn’t eat from here if the food was free, gross.
Called. Asked for a big beefy burrito. Got hung up on.
Ordered 4 things from this store and every single thing was wrong. I managed a taco bell and this is laughable at best. Quasadilla not cut at all, gordita missing the nacho cheese shell, the burrito supreme wrapped terribly and leaking all over. The drink didnt even have ice. Cmon guys, you have to put in more effort to be this bad than it take to just read the damn screen. Seriously terrible work from everyone involved.
The guy running the drive through window tonight - I called after getting my order because the beefy 5 layer I had ordered was very small. I didn’t want them to remake it just wanted them to be aware they were coming out small. This was such a terrible experience. Our quesadilla had no cheese and they got other parts of our order wrong. Won’t go back.
