Been sitting here over 25 min waiting for my order. I ordered online for pickup, went inside to pick up. They prioritize drive thru, to the point i left and came back and they still hadn't started my food. So I waited in drive thru so they have no choice but to finally make my food. One of the supervisors here is really nice and tries to make customers happy. She's apparently off tonight
I say this with all due respect , their customer service in the evenings has to improve. When coming to the establishment I understand people are working but to not great at all needs to improve
Very disorganized and slow service; people had to keep going up and asking about their food
I actually love ordering from here or stopping by to pick up food. The few times I’ve eaten here it’s very clean and the staff are always really nice. The employees work quickly and have never messed up any of my orders. I know Taco Bell lovers got their spot and this one is definitely mine :)
I come to this location because it's close to my job but they are so slow. Even when I order food online to pick up it is still not ready. My lunch break is only 30 min so most of the time I'm just waiting around for my food to be ready and I have to eat very quickly.
