Used to be better. Now your lucky if they get your order right.
They started asking for multiple upsell items on EACH item we ordered & we were told that we could just say we didn’t want anything extra on any of our items, they have to ask to upsell on each thing & it can’t be skipped. It’s beyond annoying & took double the time to order. We won’t be back until they stop asking all the add on upsell questions.
I ordered through drive through at 2:15am and they told me the grills were off already and food wasn't going to be heated all the way. I was fine with it, but there is still 45 mins left until closing time. I assumed food would still be heated properly.
