You go to get food and they don't even give you what is on the sticker they put on the bag. Ordered online and instead of chicken casa Dia got just cheese and instead of diet pepsi got pepsi.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Taco Bell. When I walked in, not a single staff member greeted me or came to the front. I ordered through the kiosk, and even though I was the only customer inside and the drive-thru wasn’t busy, my food took a long time to come out. On top of that, I could hear the staff talking and gossiping among themselves, which made it feel like customer service wasn’t a priority. The employees at this Taco Bell seem to be trained to upcharge customers in a very deceptive way. Multiple times I've gone to order at the drive through, just a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, a standard Vegetarian menu item I've been getting for years. I was asked "sour cream okay on that?" And "ground beef okay on that?" I stated that I don't want sour cream and don't eat ground beef so that is not okay, and asked if the base menu item had changed.
