I like this one over others because the staff is courteous and polite.
IF THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR EXTRA... THEN AT LEAST PUT IT ON THE FOOD!
I just left this Taco Bell in Twinsburg after waiting in line for 30 minutes. One of the customers in the drive thru got out of the car and discovered that no one was inside!!!!!!! People paid for mobile orders and got nothing.... this is sad!!! Something needs to be done about the service here.
