Waited 25 minutes in line (6 cars total) just to order my food. They served one car at a time and took forever to make the food and get orders. Never coming here again
This is the 2nd time in a week I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up and was told no pick up in drive thru, cancelled order both times
This is the WORST Tace Bell to exist. We came at night and wait 25 minutes in the drive thru to be told they aren’t taking anymore orders so we asked if we can leave the line and they said yes the last orders would pull forward so we can leave. Well it’s been 45 minutes and we’re still stuck in line and we can’t order or leave. Screw this place and their staff.
Waited for 45 in line to get some fries. Slowest service in the town. System always down also.
Today we decided to go to Twinsburg instead of Streetsboro and it was so worth the extra drive. The young man at the driver thru was so polite and so respectful it was amazing. I believe his name was Ollie the food was hot and exactly what we ordered . He even went above and beyond! Thank you
