Great TACO Bell!
I don't come to a taco bell, the greatest tex Mex food joint in America and expect to be humiliated, I should be able to enjoy my greasy food in peace. You have lost a valued customer
Went throught the drive thru on sunday May 17th for lunch. Discovered that I was double charged for my meal on Tuesday may 19th. I called the restaurant that day and asked for a store manager. A gentleman answered the phone but gave no name and claimed he was the manager, but seemed very confused on how to help me. A lady then got on the phone after him telling me that I needed to take that up with the GM but couldn't seem to provide me with any info on who this person was or when they would be in.
