Me and my wife went through the drive through, and the most lovely young lady took our order and greeted us at the window. She joked with us, joked with her coworkers, and her service was awesome, a very kind soul! Added extra when i asked, sauce, a fork, and napkins. I think her coworker called her B. They don't care about the quality of how they make their food, I would walk to the one by homeland before I would drive to this one.
Boy was i excited for some taco bell and boy was I let down. Waited 2 HOURS for our food and not to mention the workers were SOO RUDE. Yelling at customers and just being mean. I work in food service and understand the stress when its busy but NEVER am i rude to customers. If i treated customers like they did id be fired so fast.
Keeps putting meat in the food when I opted out for it and it's always shredded chicken. Tired of asking for a remake and dont wanna look like a complaining customer looking for a freebie when technically it aint my fault. Love the hashbrowns and cinnabon
