Worse place to go on a Friday or Saturday night. We waited 30 mins in the parking lot with 3 other cars while watching others pull off with food. The the food was a luke warm mess in the bag.... I miss what taco bell use to be....

We ordered dine-in at around 4:05 mom on January 4th. The girl that took our order was very sweet and kind. My husband noticed that we were missing a couple of hard tacos and he thought that we were missing a chalupa. My husband approached the front counter to tell them what we were missing. Alex was very rude, walked all the way back to our table to point out that we weren’t missing the chalupa- which is fine, that was our mistake, but he did not ensure we had all of our tacos. Literally the only way to get service here is to go through the drive through where the employees can’t ignore you. I went in on a day when there was little business and nobody would acknowledge I was even in line. And by “in line” I mean standing at the register.
