Overpriced on most menu items, order was wrong.
Had a mobile order and they asked me to come inside to pick it up. I was a little annoyed. I did not have to wait long. There were only about 3-4 workers and the drive thru was extremely busy. They stayed professional and worked through it. My order was accurate and fresh. They work really hard and deserve a raise!
We ordered with online app, came to drive through, they confirmed by reading through order and took name. When we got to window they hadn't actually started our order and asked us to go back through the long line. They never apologized and acted like it was our fault. They never offered any method of making the mistake right. We ended up waiting for 20min for an online order and had to go inside to pick up order.
