I'm typically overly kind and prefer to lift companies up... However, this place is awful. Customers are a inconvenience here. After standing around for 20 minutes making eye contact with employees, kindly asking for help, I was greeted by a red headed girl with hostility and anger. I left.
Was there yesterday September 3 2026 we waited 5 minutes at the counter all the staff looked at us and some even walked by us went to the register then walked away never said a word to us so we said well I guess we do the kiosk so that's what we did and still nothing from the staff finally after 5 minutes a lady came and said she could help us we told her we used the kiosk and needed to pay with cash she gave us our cups I went to fill my grandsons cup and thought she took the money from my boyfriend well she didn't she walk... read more
Customer Service refresh!
Not okay, I've gone to this Taco Bell. A lot normally it is great. But today everything was burnt. The food was half of what it was or should be burritos were burnt, quesadilla was burnt. I got this new bowl thing bunch of addons, and I can fit it all in the palm of my hand small portioned. The wraps were small. The burritos were small. The tacos were small. The fries were small .
