No consistency, gone to the establishment a few times. Gave me 2 small hard crusty bits off the bottom and said they were nuggets.
Every time I come here they’re extremely rude and always undercook food. They are always delaying orders and treat customers rudely worst experience in my life
Terrible customer service. Multiple times I have came here with multiple glares and when you come with a concern about the food being undercooked or overcooked they will argue back. Walking into an establishment and expecting decent food is an understatement. They give food that has almost no meat or sause just shell. Multiple time I have walked in here and have very few good times. This place needs management.
Everything was good. However, I ordered thru the app about 9 minutes ahead of arrival. I thought my food would be ready on arrival, but they didn't start making it until I was there. Arby's will have my food ready when I get there when I use their app. Why do the rest of the fast food places wait until the customer arrives to prepare their order?
