I ordered a box via mobile app in drive thru. A few minutes later my account was charged again for an order I never ordered or received. I only found out about it later that weekend when I was checking my card charges. The app wouldn’t allow me to submit a complaint claiming a temporary technical problem. Then when I go on the official Taco Bell website to submit a complaint, same concept happens where the submit button won’t go to anywhere so you can’t submit your complaint to get a refund. Under qualified and unprofessional employees don't know how to prepare good or get the order right at all completely terrible experience
