What’s the point of going thru the drive thru for this Taco Bell to them just forget half your order and you have to go park your car then go inside and let them know just to stand and wait for 10 minutes for them to make the food you paid for? The food I ordered want even made??? They don’t even acknowledge you at the counter and act put out if you ask anything . Customer service has gone so down hill

Is it too much to ask for fresh food? Especially given that the prices are so high. I paid $15 for what used to cost me $8 all together and what I got was soggy & sad. I mostly just want to elaborate on the Crunch Wrap Supreme.. Quite a name, right? So imagine what that might be, picture it in your mind..
