Nothing like expected. Drive Through is long wait
The woman who took my order was extremely unprofessional and condescending, and her behavior came across as outright rude. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I wanted a chicken or veggie crunchy taco, I was given beef instead. She also forgot to include a straw and left out the nacho fries from my order. Above all, her attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
I miss Taco Bell from years ago!
The service left a lot to be desired. We placed our to-go order on the Taco Bell App 10 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. We still had to wait for 10 minutes for our order to be ready. It looked as though there were several others waiting on orders as well and judging by the grumbling amongst the crowd, they too had to wait awhile for their orders.
