Drive thru is extremely slow. 3 cars in line it took 40 minutes.
The individual with the curly/wavy blonde hair working the drive thru and front of house today, 8/28, around 12:30pm has great hospitality skills. Not only did they take the time to give me my beverage cup before my food was ready, but they also brought my food out to my table. I find most places these days just place your food on the counter, shout your name, and walk away as fast as possible while trying to avoid eye contact. They do not acknowledge or talk to you unless you flag them down and speak loudly when inside. The girl we talked to very clearly didn't want to take our order, so we tried to use the kiosk, but it crashed when we tried to place our order. What happened to customer service? Everyone in the establishment looked like they were not happy to be there and did not care to do anything but tend to the drive thru window.
