THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE.....CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN AND DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!! I HAD A EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY FLIP ME OFF IN FRONT OF MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND IT SCARED HER TO DEATH....PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!
I received the worst customer service, 3rd shift monday 8/1/11. The kid taking orders let me sit in the drive thru until i said hello; he said "What". He couldn't tell me what a taquito was or what came with it. Of course, I ask for manager and low and behold she IS already on the headset. Hmmm. He tells me to "talk". At this point I'd rather talk face to face; she didn't have a huge concern about his greeting, nor his ignorance to the menu. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Oklahoma. Unfortunately this is the one we live the closest to but they have never gotten our order right. We go to Taco Bell most Sunday's after church and this TB has gotten so horrible that we now drive 3 miles out of the way to go to a different Taco Bell. I have talked to the management but haven't gotten very far.
