From the beginning...I wasn't even greeted at all as I walked to the counter. I told the girl at the counter I had an online order. She still said nothing, just set a cup on the counter. My order was for two of the small Luxe boxes. I asked for a sack...don't have any. Bottom line the service was the worst ever, the food was really bad. I'll never go back.
Every time I eat at this taco bell it's a terrible experience. My 5 layer burrito was all tortilla with barely anything on the inside and the tortilla was hard. My taco was so soggy the bottom fell out. The best thing going is the nacho cheese and we know that comes in a bag.
Did was quick. Didn't have to deal with the order kiosks. Pro tip: Just walk to the counter and order like an adult. Food was adequate, portions were likely correct, but order more tacos than you think, there's not a lot of meat in there. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and stopped if service was top notch. 👍
first time here with my girlfriend and had a horrible experience. lady at the drive thru had me repeat myself at least 5 times and still didnt understand my order (i dont even have an accent). i didnt get any sause so i pulled through again and she already had her hands out of the window and dropped the MILD sause that i didnt ask for into my girlfriends hands (half of it spilled on the ground) i asked if i could also get some diablo and hot sause and she gave me only diablo. then i asked "can i get some hot sause as well ?"... read more
