Bad experience
From the beginning...I wasn't even greeted at all as I walked to the counter. I told the girl at the counter I had an online order. She still said nothing, just set a cup on the counter. My order was for two of the small Luxe boxes. I asked for a sack...don't have any. Bottom line the service was the worst ever, the food was really bad. I'll never go back.
Every time I eat at this taco bell it's a terrible experience. My 5 layer burrito was all tortilla with barely anything on the inside and the tortilla was hard. My taco was so soggy the bottom fell out. The best thing going is the nacho cheese and we know that comes in a bag.
