I visited this location for the first time, I must say I was impressed with the set up. I really like how the lobby is set up and also love the wide open kitchen. Very clean store and I LOVE all the color, the purple wall with the small window up top is much better than being surrounded by huge windows!! I observed Shannon communicating with her crew the entire time! Great job!!
I stopped there couple days ago and I was greeted by Jacob the cashier. He was assisted me with my order and I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure the order was correct. He kept his smile on the whole time and I would ask his supervisor to promote him and make him the happy face of this restaurant!
Employees are always super friendly and the service is super quick. The location is also super convenient!
Literally the worst Taco Bell in Edmond. All times I've been here, my order was wrong, or missing something.
