Came thru the drive thru at 1:15ish, I told the guy my order and instead of telling me my total and having me pull forward, it was just silence. No confirming my order, no telling me what I owe.... silence. After about 3 mins I asked if im able to pull around to the window. I just get a rude "ya". After getting to the windows (still not knowing what I owe) he just reaches out his hand for my payment.... worst customer service. Placed mobile order. Hard taco shells tasted like chemicals and unfortunately everything I ordered had them so I couldn't eat anything. I call the location tell them I had an issue with my MOBILE order and they tell me I can come in and get a refund. I get back to the restaurant and the same employee I spoke to otp told me I can't get a refund it had to be through the app. I submit my complaint on the app and got a $5 coupon for $16 worth of food that I didn't eat.
