Boyfriend went once they forgot the entire box I’d say cool whatever accidents happen. I pull up a second time they remake all the food because not only was the food cold. It was wet and they forgot the box the whole thing a second time very upset.
STAFF YOUR REGISTERS! No one gave us our drinks from the kiosk order and then we waited five minutes for someone to notice us! Two employees looked at us and ignored us multiple times. Finally we saw someone walk by and asked for our drinks and she told her eyes at us and didn’t even say sorry! PUT A PERSON AT THE COUNTER AND MAKE SURE THEYRE NICE!
7:18pm or before that - whoever was on headset was rude to my aunt for no reason. She has a hard time speaking English since Spanish is her first language. She was ordering food, and the person on the headset was rude when asking what my aunt meant to say in English. Lastly, whoever my aunt saw glaring at her, I hope the rest of your days, you get to have the days you deserve. Learn etiquette, step away if you have to and educate yourself.
