Usually, ordering online is hassle-free, but on this particular day, it was quite the opposite. After waiting behind a few cars in the drive-thru, I was asked to come inside to check on my order. Once inside, I stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The employee I approached seemed unsure about my order and had to check with a supervisor, who eventually found it. When and got food here today and everything was good until I took bite of the chips and it had a really bad taste to them. Didn't even taste like there normal chips.
