I had the worst experience at this taco bell tonight. I have been coming for years and the staff used to be so wonderful. Now they have the worst manager, Latanya. She refuses to help customers and instead just says you have to wait in line no matter how long it takes. I sat for 5 minutes and they didnt take my order, i started to ask how much longer. Very upset I uploaded my receipt. I wanted Diablo nuggets they gave me plain nuggets. Also with so many mini hard nuggets. Im beyond upset why give me plain nuggets. Will not return 9mile Eastpointe terrible. Plus they didnt have any Diablo ranch
I went thru the drive thru at 11:55pm and was told that they were closed for the night and online it says that they are not closed until 3am. I was not offered an explanation just “sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed for the night” as they are clearly in there.
