Leaving a bad review until I get my money for my food that never arrived. Taco Bell has some of the poorest communication. I’d leave a photo if I had food to take a picture of.
Dining room sitting area, was closed by 9:15pm..this was the second time they remade my grilled cheese burrito.. first time it looked like a rolled up taco..this was the remake..I’m good, I’ll take a refund
I normally sing the praises of the particular TB, but tonight was definitely lacking in hospitality. I ordered online, 6/29/2026, around 9 p.m. The food was quickly ready and great. However, the African American man running the drive through was quite rude. No greeting at all. He shoved the drinks rudely towards me. He shut the window and then opened it togive me my food, and then slammed it back shut. The employees here are normally so friendly and professional. The management is awesome most of the employees are friendly. The food is hit or miss depending on who's working but all fast food is that way. I come here once or twice a week and 90 ish percent of the time it's correct.
The amount of times I’ve come to the this restaurant because it’s close by where I live only to wait 15+ minutes at the drive through before anyone takes my order is absurd.
