I had an altercation with the person that attended *my husband*. She kept calling him lovey names even after he showed that he was uncomfortable. I tried calling the store to put a complaint and they just hanged up on me. People need to learn how to be respectful and understand that not everyone is comfortable with being called such names.
All around kinda shitty my quesadilla came soggy and wet with a lugie inside of it.
Ordered a vegetarian item and they put chicken in it. Placed my order on the app and it was originally vegetarian so they purposefully put meat in it. Don't go to this Taco Bell
Taco bell is never ever a fast-food brand anymore. Sorry to say that. You guys need to focus on customer service. Every single taco-bell that i visited is horrible. Their food is not bad but the customer service is very poor. They intentionally walk slow. There's no way anyone inside the store is really willing to do a better job to make a better business. Tried to go there today, Friday, at 11:30am and the doors were not open. A customer was standing outside saying the doors were locked but they were still taking orders online with no way to pick them up. What is happening at this location?
