My order is usually always wrong but they are always SO busy and people are rude to them and they all work really hard. I try and leave them a tip and expect to wait. It’s Taco Bell, come on cut them some slack. They always fix my order and offer a free drink or something nice.
Leaving a 1 star until they unlock their doors and stop prioritizing the drive thru. Edit: Doors are locked far less frequently now. It's pretty much your standard Taco Bell, where your order will occasionally get mixed up and you never know how much chipotle sauce you'll get on your taco, but that's part of the grand Taco Bell experience. Can't stop getting texts from this location telling Kara her order has been received. I am not Kara. Please stop. Phone is always busy so you can't call and ask them to stop. $7 luxe box, only edible item was the hard shell taco, ordered 2 lux box actually. Just the hard shell taco was edible. Wasted a chalupa, burrito and cinnamon twists.
