Customer service sucks.
I don't write negative reviews often, but this roadside Taco Bell/KFC combo location earned every bit of criticism I'm about to give it. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place had been neglected for a long time. The dining room was filthy — sticky tables that looked like they hadn't been wiped down in hours, trash overflowing in the bins, and food debris scattered across the floor that nobody seemed in a hurry to clean up.
