I would love to say that there was terrible customer service, but in fact there was no service. I sat in the Drive-Thru for probably upwards of 20 minutes and asked on multiple occasions and the only response I ever received was one moment or something along those lines. Beyond frustrated, I don't know why they would stay open if they're not going to serve any food. Maybe it's just completely negligent employees.
Truely the slowest TB in America. The owner should be embarrassed. It has been that way for years. Either hire more people or do a better job of training. Taco Bell Corporate should be all over this franchise.

When I pulled up the location on navigation and saw only a 3-star rating, I knew I might be in trouble — and unfortunately my experience confirmed it. I’m disappointed to say this may have been my last visit to Taco Bell. Having once worked there myself, it’s disheartening to see how far the experience has slipped.
