Requiring DoorDash drivers to wait through the drive-thru twice for two orders is an inefficient policy that wastes time, delays deliveries, and causes food to get cold. Drivers often cancel orders due to the excessive wait, and if we want food ourselves, we have to get back in line a third time. Customer service was poor, and the crunchy tacos were as soggy as a drowning jellyfish. Very frustrating experience. 🌮🪼
There was a long line, so I was hesitant to stop, but I was out of there quickly. Classic Taco Bell - can’t go wrong.
