My husband and I decided to stop by there at 11pm. I knew it was a bad idea because of the experience we had before with the food . We wore two of the Supreme Lux boxes. Everything was cold. The nachos tasted like old grease. The tea tasted like sugar water, but I substituted that with a Baja blast which you really can’t go wrong with that. My husband Had Pepsi which you still can’t go wrong with that as well. The customer service was good. Very polite. But overall, the food was trash
They got my order wrong so I went inside but had to wait so long for anyone to help me along with another gentlemen trying to order. When the man spoke up if someone could take his order after waiting forever, everyone really had an attitude ! Then when it came my turn more attitude. All I needed was a container of dang cheese I tried getting new nacho fries because they had soooo much seasoning on them you couldn’t eat them but they acted as if it was to confusing or to much of a inconvenience. I came to pick up a mobile order around 7:15pm through the drive-thru. One item, the beefy potato griller. The service was great. Quick and fast, polite, and friendly. Definitely recommend this location!
The staff is very professional and friendly. They were happy to remake my order when I had dropped it on the floor
