Hi everyone, Today I want to share an unfortunate experience I had at taco bell coit rd & university dr on July 30th. I placed a drive-thru order and was asked to park while they finished preparing it. A team member later brought the order out to my car, which I appreciated. However, after checking the bag, I realized one item was missing. I parked again and walked inside to politely ask the staff to check. Second time this has happened… The staff is not welcoming. The robot is that asks about your mobile is nicer?!!

The service is terrible. The food is not even cooked properly. They are charging for water and billing for soda.
