I have never left a review on anything before this. This location is absolutely the worst I have ever been to in my life. Every single time I go there, my order is messed up. I get no lettuce on my order, and somehow that one small request is always missed. I’ve gotten completely wrong orders, orders with missing cheese instead of no lettuce, missing items, you name it. Time and time again, the customer service is either terrible or nonexistent... and most of that comes from the management. Food quality is fine/average, that is when you actually get what you ordered, which about 40% of the time.
At about 1145 , most of your employees were sitting in a booth discussing whether they should wash their hair (no because it will just get dirty again), while 1-2 employees managed the drive through and lobby. Took 20 minutes to get cold shitty fries and lettuce "tacos"
