If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. The Inside of food establishment is absolutely filthy. Floors very dirty (not just “new” dirt, but “been-there-awhile” dirt), soda area is dirty, smelled of smokey food cooking, bathrooms dirty as well. If I hadn’t already ordered my food I would have left. I spoke to the manager and told him how dirty it was inside but he acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. I hope I don’t get food poisoned.
Drive thru order/mobile app. My quesadilla wasn’t cut. The chalupa shells were HARD AS ROCKS and completely inedible.
Why even ask what sauce you would like if you’re just going to put whatever sauce you want in the bag, I love Taco Bell don’t get me wrong but this is the second time I’ve asked for only two specific kinds of sauce and when I asked if I could get more ( because I know they won’t get it right) they rudely tell me it’s already in the bag, but I always come home to the wrong sauces in the bag.
