I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for their excellent service today during my drive-through visit, especially while they were dealing with POS system issues. Despite the technical difficulties, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and patience. I’d like to specifically highlight Mary, the new assistant general manager, who did an outstanding job. She was very polite, accommodating, and genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience.
