Writing this as I’m waiting for my order OUTSIDE in the cold. My mobile order was for the drive thru, when I got there they told me to go to the window at the front door. The app says no such thing about me waiting outside for my order. There’s a huge line and the order is taking forever, longer than it would if I went through the drive thru. I’m not coming back to this location if they’re gonna do this every night.
Open until 3 but refusing to take orders after 2am. Watched them turn away 7 different door dash drivers, telling them to cancel the orders. Placed an order for pick up on the app, chose drive thru, and the employees made me go to the walk up window. Then they said they didn't have my order so I showed her my app screen and she magically found it.
My food was sloppily packaged, and the added toppings were few. I paid for extra and got normal.
Food taste like cleaning solution was in it. I had to throw it away. Service was bad. Rude drive thru worker.
Lo normal no me impresionó pero tampoco me decepcionó.
