Food not fresh
Very prompt, fast, accurate, polite and friendly service. The drive thru is open late (compared to other locations). The food quality is great. I recommend this place also.
Easily the worst taco bell location in all of North Austin, I have never once ordered from here and had my order correct and tasting good. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to the next closest one because this location is what my friends and I call "The Bad Taco Bell"
I worked here and I was terminated for giving good customer service and checking on a guest when the Dr Pepper was out. The manager here sucks, the area manager Carlos Morales, does nothing about complaints. He’s a horrible “area coach” and he’s why many of the Taco Bell’s in Austin are trash. Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant. I’ve been to in my entire life dirty screens, dirty tables, no straws. Oh yeah and they’re out of lids and the workers just chilling. I will probably never come back to this location. The sauce packets are at a random location. Should be where you pick up your food. If not remove the sauce packets from the tablet you order on.
