Food was fast and made correctly!
The people who work here are so miserable, and the food is so poor compared to every other tacobell. I understand they can be busy, seeing as it is a college campus, but I waited nearly 30 minutes for 3 crunchy tacos while there were 5 employees working. Thats crazy, anywhere and you would be fired for that type of behavior
There were times when I’d have phenomenal service, the worker was straightforward, my order was right, and there wasn’t too long of a wait. Now it’s become a major issue. The wait is abysmal, not that the food comes out slow, but giving it out becomes a hassle. They call out numbers for orders, which I wasn’t given, and then since I didn’t go up there, my order just sat there.
