Place is a joke ever since Christy left, 3 times I've gotten the worst service.. on my recent visit, they gave my food to the truck infront of me, that person went through the boxes and realized it wasn't his, so he gave it back. Then I pull up and they decided to give me the food that was rummaged through, I asked if that was procedure and the girl says sorry we are busy. They then said they would fix it, so I went back only to be told they would not fix it because it was ordered in the app, place is a joke.
The only time the food is good from this location is when the skinny male supervisor with the facial hair is there. I literally drive out of my way to come to this location and now everytime I go the food is bad, cold, missing, or just threw together and messy with no meat. It's a shame this location has gotten worse with the lack of care put into the food. It always blows my mind that it's done because in reverse if it was their food they'd be upset too.
