so I called them and this girl was a sweethearttt
I go here at least once a week, usually more. This is the most consistent fast food restaurant in Decatur in my opinion. The drive thru is the fastest I’ve seen. If you need food in a hurry go here
So we wanted a snack and once again ended up with dinner from Taco Bell on Pershing Road. Drive thru service was alright, a little rushed though even with no cars behind us. Everyone placed their order and it was my turn; ordered 2 chalupas but should've gotten the box as it was only a few cènts difference. The cashier wasn't very pleasant but maybe she had a rough day. Give folks the benefit of grace. It's only a few minute interaction.
The worst customer service EVER!!!! Today... got all my orders incorrect and wanted to charge me extra for it I'm very disappointed. The girl at the window was the rudes no class person I've come accross why do they hire ppl like her... ?? I will take the extra drive and go to the one in Mt. Zion always nice in polite there. They pay attention to instructions unlike the one in Pershing st.
This has to be one of the best Taco bells I've ever been to.
