They make mobile orders ahead of time now and then lie about it. My order was ready when i pulled up to the window so I asked how long it had been sitting for. The cashier said "just like literally one minute". They are not supposed to start them until you check in. Potatoes should not be cold after a 10 minute drive. All the tortillas were hard and cold as well so they had been sitting for a while. Just really sucks when you haven't had anything to eat all day and the food you do get sucks.
