UPDATE: nothing has changed. Slow slow slow and no apology. Been in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Prices are ridiculous too.
The hard shells were uncooked and stale, absolutely ruined like $30 worth of food. For a nicer area you wouldn't expect it to be trashy.. also gave my lactose intolerant fiance cheese on everything 🤦
They charge more but give you less 😑 thats a soft shell taco the size of a hot sauce packet... just sad to see how far tacobell has fallen over the last decade
Anytime I order delivery from the app from this location they cut the portions in half. If I order a large they send a medium. Three out of four of my last orders are made wrong or items are missing. I won't be returning to this taco bell.
