So between the piped in Corporate music and overly loud rap music played by the back of house staff… not sure I will go back. Focus on your customers, not your staff
This is the best Taco Bell around. They're very generous with their portions and the food tastes better.
DO NOT ORDER HERE! I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I hope this saves someone else the time I wasted. It took over 45 minutes just to get a combo box and drink. All they told us when we asked for an update on the food was “we’re working on it.” Not sure if that’s just an issue for mobile orders or all orders. For the price and time, go somewhere else.
The food is good here, but I have a fairly important concern that’s been bothering me: the employees no longer read off the names correctly when I input it into the kiosk. Taco Bell used to get excited and enthusiastic about amazing customer service, and that obviously includes reading the names off the kiosk exactly as written, each and every time. Let’s get excited again about wowing each and every customer, I believe in you Taco Bell team members!!
