This is the worst taco bell i have been to :c we were in line for 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. By the time we got our food the line wrapped around the building. The employees are incredibly rude with each interaction. We also said we were missing a drink and she said not you're not and closed the window while we were responding. We waited, waving until she finally opened it to show her our online order that had another drink. The food is also sloppily made, with things not folded and way to much sauce. Daytime shift service is fine but do not come to this location at night. Whoever runs the drive through at night has to be some kind of intoxicated. Slurring words and They literally cannot comprehend orders they will ring you up incorrectly and then fight with you when you try to correct them. I place my order online, and I approach to the lobby and they tell me that I have to do the line for the drive thru which was very long by the way. And then in front of me they let someone else into the place. I don't understand why they have online orders if it's the same as going in person and standing in line. Lazy staff, crazy long wait times. If your stupid enough to wait in line you might find out they have a limited menu. Garbage, staff doesn't care, location is a joke since they made it 24 hours. Just go to wawa
