Takes a lot to give such a bad review. For starters, went through the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered two sausage and cheese burritos. I pull up to the window and was asked the type of burritos I wanted, stated the simple cheesy sausage ones. Get my order and down the road I find they gave me a sausage, cheese, TOMATO, LETTUCE lunch burrito…. Mistakes happen. My big issue is I went through the proper channels to rectify this situation. Wait for 30 min for single item order, first went through drive thru, they said having issue pls come through store, after asking 2 times after 20 min, they said order is missing , not in queue
