I was really disappointed by the condition of this KFC location. The kitchen and front counter were visibly dirty — food and trash on the floor, greasy surfaces, and overall poor hygiene. It’s very concerning to see a restaurant serving food in this kind of environment. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness and sanitation here.

Just close this location already, only one employee, no manager 20+ min wait, hot food cold, cold food warm, order made incorrect took 10min to fix. broken equipment poorly maintained. for every 3 customers that walk in 2 leave because it takes 15min before anyone notices someone's at the register

incredibly slow service and very dirty. The staff were slow and the orders were so slow.

Very very horrible team. They took 45 minutes to make fried chicken for a sandwich, that too inside the store, not drive through. They seemed to form some type of community inside them that asking questions even felt dangerous. They could not even speak proper English when I went to ask at around the 20 min mark. They said it’ll take 3 minutes to cool filet, I said okay so 3 min we are good?. Then she says no. I say “ what?” She says “ in 3 minutes filet is done. I had to wait for 25 more minutes.

I had a coupon for TWO free tacos, but when I arrived at the Taco Bell, I was treated with disrespect. I asked the them for two tacos and they only gave me one, and after I asked for another, she said it wasn’t possible. I then asked for my coupon back so I could redeem my other taco at a different location but she already threw it away and started giving me attitude. Worst fast food experience I ever had and the taco wasn’t even filled properly. I threw it away out of disgust.
